| The 2012 PDC World Matchplay will be held from Saturday July 21st until Sunday July 29th at the famous Winter Garden's in Blackpool.
The top 16 ranked PDC players are drawn together with the top 16 PDPA Players Championship qualifiers which always makes for some fantastic match ups. The format is a straight knockout.
So with this in mind Darts Nutz will be running a competition for this tournament with some superb prizes up for grabs.
The competition will be a lottery style draw based on the 32 players being picked at random.
Also a bonus number based on the tournament 180's will also be chosen in case of a tie breaker.
Rules:
Each member wishing to take part must choose 6 random numbers from 1-32. These will be your randomly selected players.
Each member then chooses a bonus number ranging from 33 upwards. This number will be used only in the event of a tie.
For each randomly selected player that wins through a round 3pts will be awarded (1pt for a bye). So if a player wins through the first 2 rounds before he is knocked out of the tournament then 6pts will be awarded to that player and so on.
The 6 numbers (players) plus the bonus number (Tournament 180's) should be sent via PM to USMC80 no later than Midnight (GMT) Friday 20th July.
Once processed the randomized players will be issued before 5pm (GMT) Saturday 21st July.
Note: Admin are not eligible for prizes, this does not include Moderators.
Prizes:
1st: Brand New Target Dave 'Chizzy' Chisnall.

3rd: BNIB Limited Edition Dave Chisnall Target L-Flights
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
So why not take a minute or so to PM your selected 6 numbers (1-32) plus the bonus (33+) to USMC80 before the closing date (Midnight (GMT) Friday 20th July) and you never know, you could win a great prize. 
Note: Winners will be contacted via PM to choose their desired weight of darts.

| Just to confirm, anyone wishing to take part needs to send their 6 numbers (1-32) plus a bonus number (33+) to USMC80 via PM before Midnight (GMT) on Friday 20th July. USMC will have randomly allotted a player to each number 1-32. The full list will be posted after all entries are in. In the event of a tie breaker your bonus number (33 or above) will be used, the member tied for first place that guesses the correct number of 180's thrown in the whole tournament (or closest to it) will be declared the outright winner. Good luck to everyone who takes part, it will only take a minute to enter and there are some fantastic prizes on offer for this one. | when we pick our numbers and PM them through do we find out who we got straight away or do we have to wait until just before tourney starts?? |

I think once confirmed, the player/number selections will be released after all entries are in, so at some point on Saturday 21st July before 5pm GMT.
So yes, Hamo, you will find out the day the tournament starts, mainly so that a thread isnt started saying 'Phil Taylor is number whatever'
